The Colonel Crawford community is showing its support for Shelby in the aftermath of the death of a Shelby High School student in an ATV crash earlier this fall.
At Monday's Board of Education meeting, officials announced a $120 donation to Shelby FFA from Colonel Crawford FFA, in memory of the late Graham Scott, a 15-year-old sophomore at Shelby High School and member of the Whippet football team.

Graham passed away on Nov. 2 from injuries sustained in the Crawford County crash.
The Colonel Crawford FFA donation is in addition to a separate $2,500 donation to Shelby FFA from the Graham Scott Memorial.
"It's always good to have people support you in the community," Shelby school board president Scott Rose said Monday of the memorial donations, including from Colonel Crawford FFA.
"That is really awesome," Rose said.
"That is called supporting each other," Rose added after the meeting.
Graham's obituary stated that memorial contributions could be made to the Shelby FFA Program or left in care of the Penwell Funeral Home in Shelby.
"An active member of the Shelby FFA, he often volunteered for many events and activities the group was involved in," the online obituary stated.
