Narrative: a bicycle was brought to our department after being left at the above address. Due to being unable to locate the property owner the bicycle was placed into our temporary evidence.

Narrative: Richland County Sheriff's Office made contact with a male and identified him. He had an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested and posted bond once at the Shelby Police Department and was provided with his updated court date.
