Photo gallery: Pioneer students at 60 sites during annual Community Service Day
Pioneer Career and Technology Center held its annual Community Service Day, with more than 850 students lending a helping hand in their local communities, the school reports.
Students took part in a wide variety of service projects across 60 different site locations throughout the local area on April 25.
"From cleaning and landscaping to organizing, painting, and tackling other important tasks, students spent the day making a difference throughout the community—supporting schools, parks, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses," the school said in its announcement.
