Progress is continuing on construction of the new Mickey Mart/Dunkin’ project off Mansfield Avenue near Lamplighter Lane in Shelby.
This is a highly anticipated economic development project in Shelby.
An opening in the early portion of 2025 is anticipated.
City officials recently noted progress on the project, noting that construction crews worked on Thanksgiving Day.
The site is in the area of the former Skarl Motors.
