The Shiloh Fire Department announced that its new Squad 52 ambulance was arriving from Braun in Van Wert in northwestern Ohio.
"We would like to thank Braun Ambulances and Penn Care for this spectacular new ambulance!" the Shiloh department announced via Facebook, highlighting its significance to their operations.
The new ambulance was being brought on Jan. 29 to Shiloh, whose fire department provides mutual aid to Shelby Fire.

In a separate announcement, the department stated that the 59th Annual Fireman’s Ox Roast is scheduled for July 25-26, 2025.
The event is to feature an undetermined amount of beef, a garden tractor pull, live music, a parade, and fireworks.
They expressed gratitude for the successful event in 2024 and encouraged the community to stay tuned for updates regarding the 2025 Ox Roast, which raises money for the Cass, Blooming Grove and Shiloh Joint Fire District.
The event, held on State Route 603 in the Shiloh community, supports the Firemen's Association, which funds local fire and EMS services in Shiloh and surrounding townships.
This emphasizes the Ox Roast’s crucial role in maintaining local efforts to handle regional emergency responses.
