A Shelby middle school teacher is no longer with the district in the aftermath of a 21-count indictment out of Mansfield.
Stefanie Kellenberger, 39, of Mansfield, resigned on Monday, Shelby Schools Superintendent Michael Browning confirmed by telephone on Thursday.
The Kellenberger case is out of Mansfield.
The indictment date is listed as Sept. 26 and shows 17 counts of unlawful sexual conduct and four counts of sexual battery
The indictment is through the Richland County Common Pleas Court grand jury, according to the clerk of courts public records.
The case victim age is listed as a teen under 16.
