Teen dead in Crawford County ATV crash

A 14-year-old died of injuries he received in an ATV mishap in Crawford County, the sheriff's office said.
The crash occurred about 7:12.p.m. Saturday about 14 miles west of Shelby.
Authorities responded to 5550 State Route 96 in Liberty Township on a report of an ATV accident involving a side-by-side that had rolled over and ejected two of the occupants.
The 14-year-old male driver was treated for serious injuries at the scene by Liberty Township Fire Department, Life First EMS, and Med-Flight medics. He was transported to Bucyrus Community Hospital by Life First EMS, where he was later pronounced deceased, the sheriff's office said.
Two passengers of the ATV sustained minor injuries.
